The classic chocolate brownies are something we all love. Here is a slight twist to the carb-rich classic brownie that will only alter the carbs but tastewise it’s as heavenly as the regular brownie.

Prep Time – 10mins | Cooking time -45 min|Total time -55 min

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Stevia/erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp unsweetened chocolate syrup
Method of preparation :
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grease the casserole with 1 tsp of butter.
  • Take a large bowl and add almond flour, baking soda, unsweetened cocoa powder, choco chip salt, and stevia/erythritol. Now mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
  • In another take butter and place it in the oven for 3 min. Once it melts add almond milk, yogurt, and egg and mix well so that all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well, till it forms a batter of flowing consistency.
  • Now pour the brownie batter into the greased casserole and bake for 45min.
  • Once done, cool the brownies and cut them into cubes.
  • Enjoy mouthwatering brownies drizzled with unsweetened chocolate syrup.

Chocolate Orange Brownie

Here is a modern twist to the classic brownie with a freshness of orange which will lift up your mood for sure.

Prep Time – 5mins | Cooking time -45 min|Total time -50 min

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 2 tsp unsweetened chocolate syrup
Method of preparation :
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Simultaneously, grease the casserole with 1 tsp of butter.
  • In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Melt the butter and pour it into the mixture along with the low-fat milk and unsweetened chocolate syrup.
  • Mix well until you get a batter of flowing consistency and then pour into the greased casserole and bake for 45min.
  • Once the brownies are baked cool them and cut them into cubes.
  • The orange-flavored bronies are ready to eat.

Flourless Walnut Brownie

Flourless brownie is for all those who want a quick dessert for instant sugar craving that’s protein-rich too.

Prep Time – 5mins | Cooking time -20 min|Total time -25 min

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pumpkin  finely grated
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Stevia/erythritol
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 5 walnuts chopped
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
Method of preparation :
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  •  Grease the casserole with 1 tsp of butter.
  • Take a blender and add all the ingredients and blend until a smooth batter.
  • Now pour the brownie batter into the greased casserole and bake for 20min.
  • Once done, cool the brownies and cut them into cubes.
